DoorPass Pro ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by LTO Management Consulting Service LLC on behalf of Loyal To The Ocean Trust. By using the Service you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you register, we collect your email address and any profile details you provide (such as your name or organisation name).

Event and ticketing data. As an organiser, you may enter event details, attendee names, and ticket information. As a scanner or attendee, we process the ticket identifiers and scan results needed to validate access.

Device and usage data. We may collect standard web analytics including browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and referring URLs. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

Cookies and local storage. We use browser storage to maintain your session and application preferences. No third-party advertising cookies are set.

Camera access. DoorPass Scanner uses the device camera only to scan QR codes and barcodes for ticket validation and secure event check-in. We do not use the camera for surveillance, recording, unrelated image collection, or background monitoring.

Scanner session data. DoorPass Scanner may process scanner session identifiers, device/session metadata, assigned event context, scan timestamps, and validation results to support secure event check-in, duplicate scan prevention, fraud prevention, and operational audit logs.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We do not directly store payment card numbers. Payment processing, where applicable, is handled by Stripe and subject to Stripe's own security and privacy controls.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below. Event records required for legal or audit purposes may be retained for up to 7 years.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level access controls, and authenticated API access. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.
